Device Registration

After completing the Client setup on your phone it is required that your Device ID be conveyed to your account manager. This form will automatically forward it to them so that they can complete the setup of your device on their end.

Device registration will be done on your groups manager’s profile. It is required that your group have a manger profile before registering a device. If you require a manager profile please go to the manager registration page to sign up for one.
